A shock absorber with an energy recovery function comprises a main shell, a piston device, a spiral device and a power generation device, the spiral device and the power generation device are arranged in the main shell, the piston device can do linear motion in the main shell, and the spiral device can do linear motion in the main shell. The spiral device is used for converting linear motion of the piston device into rotary motion, and the power generation device is used for converting rotary motion of the spiral device into electric energy. Through the piston device and the main shell which can move relatively, the spiral device capable of converting motion forms and the power generation device capable of converting energy forms, road surface excitation kinetic energy in the running process of an automobile is converted into electric energy, the endurance of the whole automobile is effectively improved, meanwhile, energy waste during working of the shock absorber is avoided, and the service life of the shock absorber is prolonged. And the heat dissipation performance of the shock absorber is indirectly improved.

    一种具备能量回收功能的减振器,包括主壳体、活塞装置、螺旋装置和发电装置,所述螺旋装置和所述发电装置设置于所述主壳体内,所述活塞装置能够在所述主壳体内做直线运动,所述螺旋装置用于将所述活塞装置的直线运动转换为旋转运动,所述发电装置用于将所述螺旋装置的旋转运动转换为电能。本发明通过可相对运动的活塞装置和主壳体、可转换运动形式的螺旋装置和可转换能量形式的发电装置,将汽车行驶过程中的路面激励动能转换为电能,有效提升了整车续航,同时也避免了减振器在工作时的能量浪费,间接提升了减振器的散热性能。
