Wherein a center plate is arranged in the mandrel, one end of the center plate is connected with the inner wall of the mandrel, and the other end of the center plate is connected with a braked power shaft. The brake disc connecting structure is simple in overall structure and easy to disassemble and assemble, so that the later maintenance cost is reduced; moreover, the brake disc connecting structure utilizes the center plate in the mandrel to realize internal heat dissipation of the mandrel, so that the internal heat transfer path of the mandrel is prolonged, the influence of dynamic heat energy on the motor bearing is effectively reduced, the service life of the motor bearing is prolonged, and the use safety of the motor bearing is improved.

    本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,尤其涉及一种制动盘连接结构及全盘式制动装置、轨道车辆。该制动盘连接结构中,制动盘包括间隔排列的若干个制动动盘和若干个制动静盘,芯轴适于连接被制动的动力轴,芯轴穿设于制动盘的轴心处,芯轴与所有制动动盘固接并能同步旋转,所有制动盘通过相互挤压能使芯轴制动动力轴。其中,芯轴内装有幅板,幅板的一端与芯轴的内壁连接,幅板的另一端连接被制动的动力轴。该制动盘连接结构整体结构简单,易拆装,从而降低后期检修成本;并且,该制动盘连接结构利用芯轴内的幅板实现芯轴的内部散热,延长芯轴内部热传递路径,有效降低动热能对电机轴承的影响,提高电机轴承的使用寿命和使用安全。
