The invention provides a high-reliability servo actuating device which comprises an actuator body, the outer end of a piston rod of the actuator body penetrates out of a connecting part at a port of the actuator body, a locking plate and a limiting thread sleeve are arranged on the outer side of the connecting part, and the locking plate can move in the length direction of the connecting part. A first limiting nut is further connected to the connecting position of the outer end of the piston rod and the connecting base in a screwed mode, an emergency centering groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the piston cavity, of the inner wall of a shell of the actuator body, an emergency centering opening is formed in the surface of the shell, and the emergency centering groove is communicated with the emergency centering opening through a centering channel arranged in the side wall of the shell. The device has the beneficial effects that the stroke is adjustable through the limiting screw sleeve and the locking plate; high-pressure oil can be led out of the shell through the emergency centering groove, and the requirement for the opening degree of a vector nozzle of an engine can be met.
本发明提供了一种高可靠性伺服作动装置,包括作动器本体,作动器本体的活塞杆外端穿出作动器本体端口处的连接部设置,在连接部外侧设有锁片和限位螺套,且锁片能沿连接部长度方向移动,在活塞杆外端与连接座的连接处还螺接有第一限位螺母,在作动器本体的壳体内壁上与活塞腔对应处开设有应急回中槽,在壳体表面开设有应急回中口,应急回中槽通过设置于壳体侧壁内的回中通道与应急回中口相连通。本发明有益效果:通过限位螺套和锁片实现行程可调;通过应急回中槽能将高压油引出壳体外,能够满足发动机矢量喷口开度的要求。
