The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to an integrated hydraulic valve block of a self-propelled mowing and flattening machine and a control method thereof, the integrated hydraulic valve block comprises a system pressure adjusting and accessory system, a header lifting adjusting system, a parking braking system, a header floating adjusting system, a header angle adjusting system and a flattening and rolling adjusting system; the system pressure adjusting and accessory system comprises a system pressure sensor, a gear pump, a hydraulic oil tank and a system pressure proportional valve. The system pressure and flow are dynamically adjusted through a plurality of proportional valves, the integration level and reliability of the hydraulic system are improved, precise control over all execution components of the self-propelled mowing and flattening machine is achieved, the hydraulic valve block can meet the working pressure and speed requirements of different execution components, and the working efficiency and precision are improved; and by dynamically adjusting the system pressure, precise control over energy consumption is achieved, and therefore the energy utilization efficiency of the whole system is improved.

    本发明属于农业机械设备技术领域,尤其为一种自走式割草压扁机的集成式液压阀块及其控制方法,包括系统压力调节及配附件系统、割台升降调节系统、驻车制动系统、割台浮动调节系统、割台角度调节系统和压扁辊压调节系统;所述系统压力调节及配附件系统包括:系统压力传感器、齿轮泵、液压油箱和系统压力比例阀。本发明通过采用多个比例阀对系统压力和流量进行动态调节,不仅提高了液压系统的集成度和可靠性,还实现了对自走式割草压扁机各执行部件的精确控制,液压阀块能够满足不同执行部件的工作压力和速度要求,提高作业效率和精度;以及通过动态调节系统压力,以实现对能耗的精准控制,从而提高整个系统的能源利用效率。
