The invention relates to a prestressed immersed tube joint, a design method and an SPMT on-vehicle barge method. According to the prestressed immersed tube joint, the transverse first prestressed steel beams are arranged in the bottom plate of the prestressed immersed tube joint, so that all the parts of the bottom plate can meet the supporting conditions of SPMT vehicles, then the SPMT vehicles can be fully distributed below the bottom plate, and enough supporting force can be provided when the SPMT vehicles are used for transporting the prestressed immersed tube joint; the cracking degree of the prestressed immersed tube joints can be reduced, so that the immersed tube joints can be transported by adopting an SPMT vehicle; the transverse second prestressed steel beam is arranged in the top plate, the second prestressed steel beam can overcome the stress influence of the first prestressed steel beam on the top plate, the arrangement form of the first prestressed steel beam and the second prestressed steel beam conforms to the load bearing form of the bottom plate and the top plate of the immersed tube joint in the operation period, and the stress state of the immersed tube joint in the operation period is met; the reinforcement quantity of the bottom plate and the top plate can be reduced, and the cost is saved.

    本发明涉及一种预应力沉管管节、设计方法和SPMT车上驳方法。预应力沉管管节,通过在预应力沉管管节的底板内设置横向的第一预应力钢束,使得底板所有部位均能够满足SPMT车的支撑条件,进而能够在底板下方满布SPMT车,使得利用SPMT车运输预应力沉管管节能够提供足够的支撑力,且能够减少预应力沉管管节开裂的程度,进而能够采用SPMT车对沉管管节进行上驳运输;通过在顶板内设置横向的第二预应力钢束,第二预应力钢束能够克服第一预应力钢束对顶板的受力影响,且第一预应力钢束和第二预应力钢束的设置形式符合运营期沉管管节底板和顶板的所受荷载形式,满足运营期沉管管节受力状态,还能够减少底板和顶板的配筋量,节约成本。
