The invention relates to the technical field of elevator leveling control, and discloses a high-precision leveling control method which comprises the following steps: acquiring an ideal running distance after an elevator enters a target floor; setting a light-load threshold value and a heavy-load threshold value of the elevator, and acquiring the actual running distance of the elevator after entering the target floor under the light/heavy-load condition; the position deviation of the elevator under the light/heavy load condition is calculated according to the ideal running distance and the actual running distance after the elevator enters the target layer under the light/heavy load condition; the position deviation of the elevator under the light load condition and the position deviation of the elevator under the heavy load condition are stored in a storage; and the running situation of the elevator is obtained, and the corresponding position deviation in the storage is compensated according to the running situation, so that the target running distance after the elevator enters the target floor is adjusted. According to the high-precision leveling control method provided by the invention, the operation distance of the magnet vane entering the target floor is adjusted based on the load, and the leveling control effect on different loads on the same floor on a passenger elevator with a large lifting height is improved.

    本发明涉及电梯平层控制技术领域,公开了一种高精度平层控制方法,包括:获取电梯进入目的层后的理想运行距离;设定电梯轻载阈值和重载阈值,并获取电梯在轻/重载情形下进入目的层后的实际运行距离;根据理想运行距离和电梯在轻/重载情形下进入目的层后的实际运行距离计算电梯轻/重载情形下的位置偏差;将电梯轻载情形下的位置偏差和电梯重载情形下的位置偏差存入存储器中;获取电梯的运行情形,并根据运行情形将存储器中对应的位置偏差进行补偿,以调整电梯进入目的层后的目标运行距离。本发明提供的高精度平层控制方法,基于载重调整进入目的层隔磁板的运行距离,提高大提升高的客梯上对于同一楼层不同载重的平层控制效果。
