The invention discloses a recoverable rocket separation multi-stage pneumatic push rod, and relates to the technical field of spaceflight, and the recoverable rocket separation multi-stage pneumatic push rod comprises a multi-stage pneumatic push rod arranged on a first separation body and a thrust bracket arranged on a second separation body; the multi-stage pneumatic push rod at least comprises a base, an outer barrel, a first lengthened barrel section and an inner barrel. One end of the base is communicated with the inflation system, and the other end of the base is connected with one end of the outer cylinder; an outer cylinder inner baffle ring is arranged on the inner side of the other end of the outer cylinder; a first outer baffle ring is arranged on the outer side of one end of the first lengthened shell ring, a main inner baffle ring is arranged on the inner side of one end of the first lengthened shell ring, and a first inner baffle ring is arranged on the inner side of the other end of the first lengthened shell ring; the first lengthened barrel section is arranged in the outer barrel; an inner cylinder outer baffle ring is arranged at one end of the inner cylinder, and an inner cylinder end is arranged at the other end of the inner cylinder; and the inner cylinder is arranged in the first lengthened cylinder section. The multi-stage push rod structure is adopted, the rocket structure layout is optimized, and safety and reuse of the recovery substage can be guaranteed.

    本申请公开了一种可回收火箭分离多级气动推杆,涉及航天技术领域,包括:设置于第一分离体上的多级气动推杆和设置于第二分离体上的止推支架;多级气动推杆至少包括:底座、外筒、第一加长筒节和内筒;底座的一端与充气系统连通,底座的另一端与外筒的一端连接;外筒的另一端的内侧设置有外筒内挡环;第一加长筒节的一端的外侧设置有第一外挡环,第一加长筒节的一端的内侧设置有主内挡环,第一加长筒节的另一端的内侧设置有第一内挡环;第一加长筒节设置于外筒内;内筒的一端设置有内筒外挡环,内筒的另一端设置有内筒端头;内筒设置于第一加长筒节内。本申请采用多级推杆结构,优化了火箭结构布局,能够保障回收子级的安全与复用。
