The invention provides a reusable ocean platform capable of autonomously controlling floating and diving, the reusable ocean platform comprises an ocean platform main body, the ocean platform main body comprises a first shell and a second shell, the top end of the first shell is provided with a fixed platform structure used for installing different testing devices, and the top end of the second shell is provided with a movable platform structure. The first shell is provided with a photovoltaic power generation mechanism used for supplying power to all devices on the ocean platform body, a negative pressure water storage bin is arranged in the second shell, and a charging turbine mechanism and an ocean water filtering device which are located below the negative pressure water storage bin are further arranged in the second shell. A sensor integrated module is also arranged on the surface of the second shell; compared with the prior art, the ocean platform has the following beneficial effects that when no test equipment is installed on the ocean platform main body, the main control module can autonomously control the ocean platform main body to float upwards or integrally dive into water after an automatic control program is input from the outside, so that the ocean platform main body can cope with extreme sea conditions, and unmanned management and control can be realized.
