The invention relates to a flexible connecting device between floating type photovoltaic floater modules, which comprises a connecting rod, and the head end part of the connecting rod is connected with the tail end part of one photovoltaic floater module in a relative rotation manner along the vertical direction; the tail end part of the connecting rod is connected with an external connecting rod fixed at the head end of the other photovoltaic floater module through a lengthened hoop; the connecting rod is a composite rod piece with the inner portion being rigid and the outer portion being flexible and/or an elastic connecting structure capable of achieving axial and radial deformation is arranged between the tail end of the connecting rod and the head end of the external connecting rod. Through rotation of the single hinge at the head end, the bending moment load caused by relative rotation between the floater modules is reduced, so that the structural safety of the floatable photovoltaic device is improved; through stretching, compression and bending of the elastic connecting structure at the tail end, the load generated by relative movement of the floater modules on the horizontal plane is reduced; the inherent rigidity of the connecting device can reduce the relative rotation angle between the floater modules to a certain extent, and the overall stability of the floating photovoltaic device can be improved.
