The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, and provides a full-disc type braking device, a wheel drive system, a railway vehicle and a braking method.The full-disc type braking device comprises a brake machine shell, a movable disc, a static disc and an actuator, and the movable disc is arranged on an axle in a sleeving mode and suitable for rotating along with the axle; the static disc is arranged on one side of the movable disc and movably connected with the brake machine shell. The actuator is arranged on one side of the static disc, the output end of the actuator faces the static disc, and the actuator is suitable for applying thrust to the static disc to move towards the movable disc; and the static disc can move to be in frictional contact with the movable disc under the thrust state so as to brake the axle. According to the device, the brake machine shell, the movable disc, the static disc and the axle are integrally installed, the miniaturization design requirement of the bogie is met, only torque is applied to the axle in an annular disc type braking mode, no one-way bending moment exists, and therefore the loading condition of the axle is smaller than the total bending moment of a traditional structure.
本发明涉及轨道车辆技术领域,提供一种全盘式制动装置、轮驱系统、轨道车辆及制动方法,全盘式制动装置包括制动器机壳、动盘、静盘和作动器,动盘套装于车轴,适于随车轴转动;静盘设于动盘一侧,并活动连接制动器机壳;作动器设于静盘一侧,作动器的输出端朝向静盘,适于对静盘施加朝向动盘移动的推力;静盘在受所述推力状态下可移动至与动盘摩擦接触以实现对车轴制动。该装置将制动器机壳、动盘和静盘与车轴集成安装,实现了转向架小型化设计需求,环形的盘式制动方式对车轴只有扭矩,而没有单向的弯矩,因此车轴的载荷条件相对于传统结构合计弯矩更小。
