The invention discloses a data acquisition method and system considering driving scene and road condition information, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle data acquisition, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining vehicle dynamics data and information of a road environment where a vehicle is located; determining a driving scene of the vehicle according to the vehicle dynamics data; determining road condition information of the vehicle according to the road environment information of the vehicle; determining target data to be collected by the vehicle according to the driving scene of the vehicle; determining a vehicle data acquisition strategy according to the driving scene of the vehicle and the road condition information of the vehicle; and controlling the vehicle to perform data acquisition on target data to be acquired by the vehicle based on the determined vehicle data acquisition strategy. And the data acquisition requirements of different driving scenes and different road conditions can be met.
