The connection performance between the middle layer and the face plate layer is remarkably improved through filling of the middle layer and the face plate layer, the connection layer material is melted at high temperature and permeates into a tiny gap between the middle layer and the face plate layer through the infiltration connection technology, so that tight connection between the middle layer and the face plate layer is achieved, a firmer whole is formed between all the layers, and the service life of the middle layer and the face plate layer is prolonged. The phenomenon of layering or stripping is not easy to occur, and the integrity of the bottom guard plate is enhanced; due to the fact that the layers are connected more firmly, the mechanical cooperation performance of the bottom protection plate is improved, and the vehicle protection requirement can be better met.

    本发明提供一种高性能纤维复合材料汽车底护板及工艺,涉及复合材料车辆部件领域,针对目前复合底护板各层之间的连接性能较差,导致一体性不足,底护板的力学协同性能难以满足车辆防护需求的问题,通过连接层的熔渗连接,特别是延伸至导流槽内的填充,显著提高了中间层与面板层之间的连接性能,熔渗连接技术通过使连接层材料在高温下熔化并渗透到中间层与面板层的微小缝隙中,从而实现两者之间的紧密连接,使得各层之间形成一个更加牢固的整体,不易发生分层或剥离现象,增强了底护板的一体性;由于各层之间的连接更加牢固,底护板的力学协同性能得到提升,能够更好地满足车辆防护需求。
