The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles, and particularly relates to an integrated direct current charging pile power distribution method, which comprises the following steps of: in a charging process, calculating the number of required charging modules of each gun in real time, recording, and comparing with the number of required charging modules recorded last time; according to the method, charging modules needing to be added (charging modules which are used for the least times) are input in real time, or charging modules needing to be reduced are cut out in real time, and the number of the charging modules which are input for charging can be changed in real time according to actual vehicle requirements; therefore, the problem of power waste caused by charging of all modules regardless of the magnitude of current in the prior art is solved, the use times of each charging module can be recorded, the charging modules with less use times are put into use in sequence, and the charging modules with more use times are cut out in sequence. Therefore, the service life of the whole charging module is prolonged by reducing the use frequency of a single charging module.

    本发明属于新能源汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种一体式直流充电桩功率分配方法,在充电过程中,实时计算各把枪需求充电模块数量,并做记录,同时与上一次记录的需求充电模块数量作比较,实时投入需要增加的充电模块(投入已使用次数最少的充电模块),或实时切出需要减少的充电模块,本发明可以根据实际车辆需求来实时变化投入充电的充电模块数量,从而解决已知现有技术无论电流大小所有模块均投入充电造成的功率浪费问题,可以记录各个充电模块使用次数,按顺序投入使用次数少的充电模块,并按顺序切出使用次数多的充电模块,从而通过减少单个充电模块的使用次数来延长充电模块整体的使用寿命。
