The invention discloses an ordered charging control system and method based on switching charging and a charging facility configuration method, and relates to the field of charging control, and the method comprises the steps: switching charging piles to communicate with electric vehicles, obtaining the charging demand information of the electric vehicles, and according to the charging demand information of each electric vehicle in a control range, determining the charging facility configuration of each electric vehicle; calculating charging demand information of switching charging piles, and communicating with an electric vehicle centralized control center through an information concentrator; the electric vehicle centralized control center communicates with the power distribution network, obtains the predicted load of the power distribution network and the configuration condition of the charging facilities, and establishes an optimization control model with the optimal operation index of the power distribution network as the target according to the predicted load of the power distribution network, the configuration condition of the charging facilities and the charging demand information of each switching charging pile; and the charging starting time of each switching charging pile is calculated, and a charging control instruction is issued to each switching charging pile. According to the invention, ordered charging control of the electric vehicle can be realized, and the queuing time of the vehicle owner is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种基于切换充电的有序充电控制系统、有序充电控制方法及充电设施配置方法,涉及充电控制领域,包括:切换充电桩与电动汽车通信,获取电动汽车的充电需求信息,根据控制范围内各电动汽车的充电需求信息,计算切换充电桩的充电需求信息,并通过信息集中器与电动汽车集中控制中心通信;电动汽车集中控制中心与配电网通信,获取配电网预测负荷和充电设施配置情况,根据配电网预测负荷、充电设施配置情况和各切换充电桩的充电需求信息,以配电网运行指标最优为目标建立优化控制模型,计算各切换充电桩的充电起始时间,并向各切换充电桩下发充电控制指令。本申请能够实现电动汽车的有序充电控制,减少车主排队等待的时间。
