The invention relates to a control device of charging equipment, a control method of charging equipment and a charging system. The electric vehicle power supply equipment uses the voltage (VB) of the storage battery before the start of charging to obtain the maximum value of the output power and the maximum value of the output current. The output power maximum value and the output current maximum value are set to be smaller when the voltage is low than when the voltage is high. The output current value is calculated on the basis of the output power maximum value, and is set to be smaller when the voltage is low than when the voltage is high.
