According to the method, the start-stop state of the engine is judged according to the voltage change data of the battery, when the engine is in the running state, power can be continuously supplied to the battery, at the moment, the situation that the vehicle cannot be normally started due to consumption of starting of the air conditioner is avoided, and therefore the frequency of the compressor can be increased quickly; therefore, the temperature in the vehicle is quickly reduced.
