The invention relates to the field of tires, in particular to a mounting disc and a non-pneumatic tire, the mounting disc comprises a connecting disc, the connecting disc is of a circular ring structure formed by mutually fastening and connecting a plurality of fan-shaped connecting pieces, the inner walls of the fan-shaped connecting pieces are used for being connected with a rim, and the outer walls of the fan-shaped connecting pieces are used for being connected with a supporting body; a first connecting part and a second connecting part are arranged at the two ends of each fan-shaped connecting piece respectively, the first connecting parts and the second connecting parts on every two adjacent fan-shaped connecting pieces are fixedly connected, a plurality of convex blocks are arranged on the fan-shaped connecting pieces, and the convex blocks are circumferentially distributed on the two side faces of the fan-shaped connecting pieces. According to the non-pneumatic tire, the purpose of tightly assembling the non-pneumatic tire on an existing hub through circumferential interference assembly can be achieved internally by adding a middle conversion accessory, and an open type bonding surface is added externally, so that the non-pneumatic tire can be matched with a common mechanical connection or heat vulcanization bonding technology of the non-pneumatic tire.
