The invention relates to an airborne liquid cooling system which comprises a cold plate, a controller, an electric valve, a heat exchanger, an expansion box, a liquid cooling pump and a temperature sensor, the cold plate is arranged in an airborne pod, a liquid outlet of the cold plate is provided with two pipelines communicated to a liquid inlet of the expansion box, one pipeline is sequentially provided with the electric valve and the heat exchanger, and the other pipeline is provided with the liquid cooling pump. A liquid outlet of the expansion box is communicated to a liquid inlet of the cold plate through the liquid cooling pump, the temperature sensor is arranged at a liquid outlet of the liquid cooling pump, the controller controls the flow of the electrically operated valve through a temperature signal collected by the temperature sensor, a heating module is further arranged in the expansion box, and when the temperature signal collected by the temperature sensor is reduced to a set value, the heating module is switched on. And the controller controls the heating module to start. According to the invention, the temperature of the cooling medium can be better controlled within a very small range so as to meet the requirements of the airborne laser pod.

    本发明涉及一种机载液冷系统,包括冷板、控制器、电动阀、换热器、膨胀箱、液冷泵和温度传感器,冷板设置在机载吊舱内,冷板的出液口设置两条连通至膨胀箱进液口的管路,其中一条管路上依次设置电动阀和换热器,膨胀箱的出液口通过液冷泵连通至冷板的进液口,温度传感器设置在液冷泵的出液口处,控制器通过温度传感器采集的温度信号控制电动阀的流量大小,膨胀箱还内置有加热模块,当温度传感器采集的温度信号降低至设定值时,控制器控制所述加热模块启动。本发明可以更好地将冷却介质的温度控制在一个很小的范围内,以满足机载激光吊舱的需求。
