According to the method, the capability of communication between the base station and the nearby ground nodes is fully considered, the unmanned aerial vehicle is used as the mobile base station, and the unmanned aerial vehicle and base station mixed data acquisition method is constructed. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, decomposing a mixed data acquisition system into an unmanned aerial vehicle assisted data acquisition subsystem and a base station direct acquisition subsystem; secondly, by taking minimization of the maximum task completion time of the two subsystems as a target, establishing an optimization problem of the system, and solving the optimization problem; and for a data acquisition subsystem assisted by the unmanned aerial vehicle, the flight speed, trajectory and ground node transmitting power of the unmanned aerial vehicle are jointly optimized, so that the overall task completion time of the unmanned aerial vehicle is minimized, and the data acquisition efficiency is improved. Various communication resources are fully utilized, the method is practical and efficient, field data can be timely and effectively collected, and the method is suitable for occasions such as fire monitoring and emergency rescue.
