The invention discloses a high-voltage and low-voltage dual-purpose shipborne shore power system which comprises a high-voltage and low-voltage shore power socket conversion box, two cable winches, a high-voltage shore power connection cabinet, a high-voltage shore power transformer, a main distribution board and a low-voltage shore power junction box. When high-voltage shore power needs to be connected, a high-voltage butt joint part of one cable winch is connected with a wharf high-voltage shore power socket box through a high-voltage shore power cable and connected with a high-voltage shore power connection cabinet, and the high-voltage shore power connection cabinet is connected into a high-voltage shore power screen of a main distribution board of a ship through a high-voltage shore power transformer. When low-voltage shore power needs to be connected, the high-low-voltage shore power socket conversion box is connected into a wharf low-voltage shore power socket box and used for converting a wharf low-voltage shore power socket into a high-voltage shore power socket, the other cable winch is switched to the low-voltage butt joint part, and a cable of the cable winch is connected into the high-low-voltage shore power socket conversion box and used for converting the wharf low-voltage shore power socket into the high-voltage shore power socket. Therefore, the low-voltage shore power of the wharf is connected to the low-voltage shore power screen of the main distribution board of the ship through the low-voltage shore power junction box.

    本发明公开了一种高低压兼用船载岸电系统,包括高低压岸电插座转换箱、两电缆绞车、高压岸电连接柜、高压岸电变压器、主配电板、低压岸电接线箱;在需要接通高压岸电时,其中一个电缆绞车的高电压对接部通过高压岸电电缆与码头高压岸电插座箱接通,并与高压岸电连接柜接通,高压岸电连接柜通过高压岸电变压器接入船舶的主配电板的高压岸电屏;在需要接通低压岸电时,高低压岸电插座转换箱接入码头低压岸电插座箱,用于将码头低压岸电插座转换为高压岸电插座,另一电缆绞车切换到低电压对接部,且其电缆接入高低压岸电插座转换箱,以使码头低压岸电经低压岸电接线箱接入船舶的主配电板的低压岸电屏。
