The invention discloses a simulation dummy for a parachute airborne test and an adjusting seat. The dummy comprises a head assembly, a neck assembly, a shoulder assembly, a chest assembly, an arm assembly, a waist assembly and a leg assembly. The neck assembly comprises a cervical vertebra body, the cervical vertebra body comprises a plurality of neck supporting pieces, neck elastic pieces and neck ligaments, the neck supporting pieces are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, the neck elastic pieces are arranged between every two adjacent neck supporting pieces respectively, and the neck ligaments are made of collagenous fibers. The multiple neck ligaments are arranged on the middle rear portion of the cervical vertebra body at intervals in the circumferential direction, all the neck ligaments are sequentially connected with all the neck supporting pieces from top to bottom, and all the neck ligaments are located on the outer sides of the neck elastic pieces; the front portion, the rear portion, the left side portion and the right side portion of each neck supporting piece protrude outwards to form protruding portions, and the neck ligaments are connected to the protruding portions of the neck supporting pieces. The dummy is closer to the real structure of a human body, and can truly reflect the neck condition of the human body in a parachute airborne test.
