The invention provides a highway section real-time traffic volume calculation method and device based on an ETC portal, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the road section basic data of a to-be-calculated highway road network and ETC portal basic data, and determining the basic information of an ETC cross modulation station according to the road section basic data and the ETC portal basic data; according to the basic information, acquiring first traffic volume data of toll vehicle models of the ETC cross-dispatching station in real time; converting the first traffic volume data into second traffic volume data of a cross-modulation standard vehicle type based on a preset division standard; and carrying out statistics on the second traffic volume data, and determining the traffic volume of each cross-modulation standard vehicle type of the ETC cross-modulation station. The comprehensiveness and accuracy of real-time operation monitoring of the highway network can be realized without additionally arranging other equipment for a newly built cross modulation station, the cost can be reduced, and meanwhile, powerful data support is provided for evaluating the traffic accessibility of the whole bus road network.

    本申请提供了一种基于ETC门架的高速公路断面实时交通量计算方法及装置,包括:获取待计算高速公路路网的路段基础数据以及ETC门架基础数据,根据路段基础数据和ETC门架基础数据确定ETC交调站的基础信息;根据基础信息实时获取ETC交调站的收费车型的第一交通量数据;基于预设的划分标准将第一交通量数据转换至交调标准车型的第二交通量数据;对第二交通量数据进行统计,确定ETC交调站的各个交调标准车型的交通量。对于新建交调站不需增设其他设备即可实现高速路网的实时运行监测的全面性和准确性,能够降低成本,同时为评估全公交路网交通可达性提供了有力的数据支撑。
