The invention discloses an application method and system of an active light-emitting sign based on a road environment and traffic flow, and the method comprises the steps: collecting road environment data and traffic flow data in real time through employing a vehicle-mounted sensor and a roadside monitoring device, and the road environment data comprises the temperature and real-time illumination of an area where a road is located; transmitting the road environment data and the traffic flow data to a traffic control center; the traffic control center calculates the brightness, the color and the flicker frequency required by the LED lamp bead of the active light-emitting sign device in real time; transmitting the calculated brightness, color and flicker frequency to the active luminous sign equipment through wireless communication; the microcontroller of the active light-emitting sign device adjusts the LED lamp beads in real time according to the received brightness, color and flicker frequency. The method and the system can intelligently adapt to different weather, time and road conditions, are energy-saving and environment-friendly, are high in safety, are beneficial to traffic management optimization, and are high in expandability.

    本发明公开基于道路环境和交通流量的主动发光标志的应用方法及系统,所述方法包括:使用车载传感器和路侧监测设备实时采集道路环境数据和交通流量数据,所述道路环境数据包括道路所在区域的温度和实时照度;将所述道路环境数据和交通流量数据传输到交通管控中心;所述交通管控中心实时计算所述主动发光标志设备的LED灯珠所需的亮度、颜色和闪烁频率;将计算所得的亮度、颜色和闪烁频率通过无线通信传递给所述主动发光标志设备;所述主动发光标志设备的微控制器根据接收到的亮度、颜色和闪烁频率,实时调整LED灯珠。本发明的方法和系统能够智能自适应不同的天气、时间、路况、节能环保、安全性高、利于交通管理优化和可扩展性强。
