本发明涉及机车的领域,提出了一种六轴机车轴重转移优化方法、系统、设备及介质,方法包括:获取机车的设计参数,从设计参数中选择设计变量以及对应的初始值;建立车体、前后转向架进行机车轴重转移力学模型,并作为平衡条件;选择优化机车黏着利用率作为目标函数,选择包括所述平衡条件的约束条件,进行求解得到优化机车黏着利用率对应的设计变量的优化值;将所述设计变量的优化值代入所述机车轴重转移力学模型中,得到优化后的轴重分布并计算得到优化后的黏着利用率和牵引力,根据优化后的黏着利用率设计六轴机车,在运动过程中将牵引力施加到六轴机车的各轴上。通过轴重转移优化降低机车发生空转风险,提高列车牵引性能,降低列车速度波动。
