The invention discloses a slewing bearing fault detection method and system and application thereof.According to the scheme, working parameters in the working process of a slewing bearing are ingeniously monitored, and whether abnormity exists or not is judged by combining corresponding parameter thresholds (for example, whether the volume of audio noise exceeds a normal value or not, whether the amplitude of vibration is abnormal or not and the like); a first judgment result recording a plurality of sub-results is generated, and then a time sequence and a sliding window are combined to count the number of times that the slewing bearing is abnormal in a preset time interval in the working process, so that whether the slewing bearing has fault suspicion or not is preliminarily judged; according to the scheme, implementation is flexible and simple, and convenient and efficient abnormity feedback can be provided for field control personnel and background management personnel; according to the scheme, after the slewing bearing is adjusted to the set state, self-inspection data are collected for secondary detection and judgment, and more reliable fault judgment feedback is provided for operators and background management personnel.

    本发明公开了回转支承故障检测方法、系统及其应用,本方案巧妙性通过对回转支承工作过程中的工作参数进行监测,再结合对应的参数阈值来判断是否存在异常(例如音频噪声的音量是否超出正常值,振动的振幅是否异常等);通过生成记录有多个子结果的第一判断结果,然后再结合时间序列和滑动窗口来统计回转支承在工作过程中,其在预设时间区间内发生异常的次数,从而初步判断出回转支承是否存在故障嫌疑;该方案不仅实施灵活简单,且能够为现场控制人员和后台管理人员提供便捷、高效的异常反馈;本方案还进一步通过将回转支承调整至设定状态后,采集自检数据进行二次检测判断,以为操作人员、后台管理人员提供更为可靠的故障判断反馈。
