The invention relates to an insulator pollution degree on-line monitoring device, which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a mounting mechanism and a suspension arm holder fixed on the mounting mechanism, the suspension mechanism comprises a fixed plate, a carrying plate and a transverse moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism is arranged between the fixed plate and the transverse moving mechanism, the lifting mechanism drives the transverse moving mechanism to vertically lift, and the carrying plate is fixed on the unmanned aerial vehicle. The transverse moving mechanism drives the carrying plate to move horizontally; the extending direction of the transverse moving mechanism is located between two cantilevers of the unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the method, the high-spectral image of the insulator can be efficiently obtained with high quality, and then accurate identification of insulator pollution characteristics is realized based on insulator pollution degree detection and pollution component identification analysis of a high-spectral image technology.

    本发明涉及一种绝缘子污秽度在线监测装置,其包括无人机、挂载机构和固定在所述挂载机构上的吊臂云台,悬挂机构包括固定板、搭载板和横移机构,固定板与横移机构之间设置有升降机构,升降机构驱动横移机构垂直升降,横移机构驱动所述搭载板水平移动;横移机构的延伸方向位于无人机的两个悬臂之间。本发明可以高效高质量获取绝缘子高光谱图像,进而基于通过对高光谱图像技术在绝缘子污秽程度检测及污秽成分识别分析,实现对绝缘子污秽特征的准确识别。
