The invention relates to a rudder model device for a rudder open water test, and the device is characterized in that a driving part is arranged in the middle of a support, and is connected with a connecting rod through a coupler; one end, far away from the driving piece, of the connecting rod penetrates through the wave suppression plate and the flow guide section to be in key connection with a key groove in the force balance rear cone; the rudder model comprises a rudder blade model and a rudder horn model, a front cone of the force measuring balance is inserted into the rudder blade model to be fixed, the rudder horn model is fixed on the wave suppression plate through a rudder horn mounting rod, and the force measuring balance coincides with the stress center of the rudder model; the device can be used for an open water test of a rudder, can be used together with a measuring device with a rod-type force-measuring balance, can reduce the heeling moment generated by the normal force of a rudder blade on the force-measuring balance, reduces the coupling interference of the heeling moment on signals such as the tangential force, the normal force and the steering torque of the rudder blade, improves the measurement precision of the hydrodynamic coefficient of the rudder, and improves the measurement accuracy of the hydrodynamic coefficient of the rudder. Reasonable design of a rudder structure and a rudderstock can be improved, then model selection of a steering engine is guided, and maneuverability of a ship is improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于舵敞水试验的舵模型装置,在支架的中部设有驱动件,驱动件通过联轴器和连接杆连接;连接杆远离驱动件的一端穿过压浪板和导流段与测力天平后锥上的键槽键连接;舵模包括舵叶模型与挂舵臂模型,测力天平的前锥插入舵叶模型中固定,挂舵臂模型通过挂舵臂安装杆固定在压浪板上,所述测力天平和舵模受力中心重合;能够用于舵的敞水试验,和具有杆式测力天平的测量装置一起使用,能够减小舵叶法向力对测力天平产生的横倾力矩,降低该横倾力矩对舵叶切向力、法向力和转舵扭矩等信号的耦合干扰,提高舵水动力系数的测量精度,能够改善舵结构和舵杆的合理设计,进而指导舵机的选型,提高船舶的操纵性。
