The power mechanism comprises a cross rod, transmission shafts arranged on the two sides of the cross rod and parallel to the load hanging shaft, and connecting frames arranged at the two ends of the cross rod in the length direction. The leveling mechanism comprises a supporting arm arranged on the connecting frame, at least two telescopic units arranged at intervals in the transverse direction and a supporting base hinged to the fixed ends of the telescopic units, and telescopic rods of the telescopic units are hinged to the load hanging shaft so as to drive the load hanging shaft to rotate along the axis of the load hanging shaft. The two ends of the supporting base in the lengthwise direction are arranged on the supporting arm and the transverse rod respectively, and the supporting base is formed on the outer side of the transmission shaft. By means of the leveling mechanism, counter-acting force is evenly dispersed to the supporting arms and the transverse rod in the telescopic process of the telescopic unit, stable supporting is provided for the telescopic unit, and structural deformation or damage caused by too large stress of a single supporting component is avoided.
本发明提供了一种预应力张拉提升设备,包括:悬重轴,动力机构,悬臂机构,调平机构;动力机构包括:横杆,配置于横杆两侧并平行于悬重轴的传动轴,以及配置于横杆长度方向两端的衔接框;调平机构包括:配置于衔接框的支撑臂,沿横向间隔设置的至少两个伸缩单元,以及铰接于伸缩单元的固定端的支撑座,伸缩单元的伸缩杆与悬重轴铰接以驱动悬重轴沿其轴线转动;支撑座沿其纵长方向的两端分别配置于支撑臂与横杆,支撑座形成于传动轴外侧。本申请通过调平机构,实现了在伸缩单元伸缩过程中将反作用力均匀分散到支撑臂和横杆,以为伸缩单元提供稳定的支撑,避免单个支撑部件受力过大导致结构变形或损坏。
