A switch reversing valve is arranged on the supporting leg main oil inlet pipeline and is a three-position four-way electromagnetic valve. Hydraulic pressure is adopted as power to drive the speed reducer motor to drive the walking mechanism to act, the priority valve is arranged, oil liquid preferentially meets the working condition of retracting the supporting legs in the running process, a more economical scheme is used for achieving component type selection, reducing energy consumption, increasing endurance and achieving the function of retracting the supporting legs while the vehicle runs normally.
本发明提供了一种履带剪叉式高空作业车支腿控制系统及控制方法,包括液压油箱、齿轮泵、减速机马达和支腿油缸,行走主进油管路和支腿主进油管路与减速机马达和支腿油缸分别通过行走控制阀组和支腿控制阀组连接,齿轮泵出油口的管路上设置有优先阀,优先阀的阀芯通过电磁开关控制阀与设置在行走控制阀组与液压油箱之间的行走主回油管路连接;支腿主进油管路上设置有开关换向阀,开关换向阀为三位四通电磁阀。本发明采用液压作为动力驱动减速机马达带动行走机构动作,通过设置优先阀,在行驶过程中油液优先满足收支腿的工况,使用更加经济的方案解决元器件选型,降低能耗增加续航,实现车辆正常行驶的同时能收回支腿的功能。
