The invention discloses a self-adaptive variable damping elevator guide and vibration suppression device which comprises a roller guide shoe mechanical body used for fixedly supporting a slide rheostat and a roller guide shoe; the slide rheostat is fixed on the roller guide shoe mechanical body and is connected with the guide shoe vibration transmission piece, the fixed end of the slide rheostat is fixed on the screw position of the guide shoe base, the movable end of the slide rheostat is fixed on the swing arm connected with the guide wheel, and after the movable end moves through the movement of the swing arm, a distance difference is formed between the movable end and the fixed end on a rheostat resistor; therefore, a sliding variable resistance and voltage signal value is generated and is output and transmitted to the variable orifice damper through the output line; the damper connecting seat provides longitudinal forced transmission for the variable orifice damper, and then the variable orifice damper provides a damping effect in the vertical direction; and the variable orifice damper receives sliding variable resistance and voltage signal values generated by the sliding rheostat, controls and adjusts the size of an internal orifice in real time, and provides real-time variable damping acting force.

    本发明公开了一种自适应可变阻尼的电梯导向与振动抑制装置,包括,滚轮导靴机械本体,用于固定支撑滑动变阻器及滚轮导靴;滑动变阻器,固定于滚轮导靴机械本体上,连接导靴震动传递件,其固定端固定于导靴基座的螺杆位上,移动端固定于导轮所连接的摆臂上,其通过摆臂的移动导致移动端移动后,与固定端在变阻器电阻上形成距离差,从而产生滑变电阻及电压信号值,通过输出线输出传递至可变节流孔阻尼器;阻尼器连接座,为可变节流孔阻尼器提供纵向的受迫传递,再由可变节流孔阻尼器提供竖直方向的阻尼作用;可变节流孔阻尼器,接收滑动变阻器产生滑变电阻及电压信号值实时控制调节内部节流孔大小,提供实时可变的阻尼作用力。
