The top seat is provided with a lifting mechanism used for driving the machine box to ascend and descend. The rope pressing transmission sleeve is arranged on the surface of the speed limiting belt wheel and the surface of the transmission belt wheel, and a limiting block is fixed to the lower end of the wheel seat. The elastic compression body is arranged in the pipe body, and the frame is provided with an abutting plate connected with the bottom of the machine box in a bearing mode. The limiting sliding block is connected with the base in a sliding mode, and a compressed spring is connected between the limiting sliding block and the base. The collision plate installed through the frame makes contact with the falling machine case, bears the falling machine case and meanwhile provides upward supporting force for counteracting falling kinetic energy, the machine case can be effectively and slowly braked through enough falling speed reduction space, and damage caused by too large impact force is avoided.
