The invention provides a bidirectional convection type single-phase fluid loop system and a one-dimensional expansion radiator, the loop system comprises a radiator in-plate pipeline system and a radiator out-plate pipeline system, the radiator in-plate pipeline system comprises two convection type single-phase fluid pipelines in the same dimension plane; the one-dimensional unfolding radiator comprises a two-way convection type single-phase fluid loop system, a radiator structural plate, a radiator suspension supporting structure and a hinge, and a pipeline system in the radiator plate is embedded in the middle interlayer; the two radiator suspension supporting structures and the two hinges are symmetrically arranged on the same side of the radiator structural plate. According to the invention, the radiating function is more efficient under the volume limitation after the radiator is unfolded; the fluid pipeline converging and bundling interface is matched with the coaxiality control of the suspension supporting structure and the hinge, so that the unfolding reliability is improved; the in-plate framework type sandwich structure is light in weight; the all-welding process guarantees the sealing performance of the pipeline system.

    本发明提供了一种双向对流式单相流体回路系统及一维展开辐射器,回路系统包括:辐射器板内管路系统和辐射器板外管路系统,辐射器板内管路系统为同一维度平面内的两路对流式单相流体管路;一维展开辐射器包括双向对流式单相流体回路系统、辐射器结构板、辐射器悬浮支撑结构以及铰链,辐射器板内管路系统内嵌在中间夹层中;两个辐射器悬浮支撑结构及两个铰链对称设置在辐射器结构板的同一侧。本发明使得在辐射器展开后容积局限下,散热功能上更高效;流体管路汇流集束接口配合悬浮支撑结构及铰链的同轴度控制,使展开可靠性提升;板内骨架型三明治结构使轻量化;全焊接工艺保障管路系统密封性。
