The invention discloses a secondary jettisoning control mechanism for an emergency buoy. The secondary jettisoning control mechanism comprises a packaging assembly, a skin and a traction rope, the packaging assembly comprises an upper packaging blade and a lower packaging blade, holes are formed in the two sides of the lower end of the upper packaging blade and the two sides of the upper end of the lower packaging blade, and the two traction ropes are distributed on the left side and the right side of the skin. The two ends of the left pulling rope are connected to the left side of the lower end of the upper packaging blade and the left side of the upper end of the lower packaging blade respectively, the middle of the left pulling rope is connected to the left side of the inward face of the skin, and the two ends of the right pulling rope are connected to the right side of the lower end of the upper packaging blade and the right side of the upper end of the lower packaging blade respectively. The traction ropes on the two sides are used for limiting the maximum throwing distance of the skin, and the maximum throwing distance of the skin is larger than the extension length of the emergency buoy and smaller than the distance between the emergency buoy and a helicopter rotor. The mechanism does not influence the extension of the emergency buoy, also avoids the interference between the skin and the helicopter rotor, does not influence the original packaging mode, and is very simple and convenient to install.

    本发明公开一种应急浮筒二级抛放控制机构,包括封包组件、蒙皮、牵引绳;封包组件包含上封包叶片和下封包叶片,上封包叶片的下端两侧、下封包叶片的上端两侧均开设有孔眼,两根牵引绳分布在蒙皮的左右两侧,左侧牵引绳的两端分别连接在上封包叶片下端左侧和下封包叶片上端左侧的孔眼上、中间连接在蒙皮朝内面左侧,右侧牵引绳的两端分别连接在上封包叶片下端右侧和下封包叶片上端右侧的孔眼上、中间连接在蒙皮朝内面右侧,两侧牵引绳用于限制蒙皮的最大抛出距离,蒙皮的最大抛出距离大于应急浮筒的伸展长度、小于与直升机旋翼的距离。该机构既不影响应急浮筒伸展,还避免蒙皮与直升机旋翼干涉,不影响原来的封包方式,安装十分简便。
