The invention discloses a vehicle brake control system, which relates to the technical field of underground vehicle manufacturing, and mainly comprises a hydraulic assembly, a brake assembly and a synergistic assembly, the hydraulic assembly comprises a hydraulic oil tank, the brake assembly comprises a proportional pedal brake valve and a flow control valve, the proportional pedal brake valve is connected to front wheels and the hydraulic oil tank, and the flow control valve is connected to the hydraulic oil tank. A pedal of the proportional pedal brake valve can be divided into a first part and a second part from light to heavy according to the treading degree and is connected with a flow control valve through a connecting rod, the flow control valve is connected to a hydraulic control system and a hydraulic oil tank of a rear wheel, and a synergistic assembly is connected with an engine through an electric signal and can regulate and control the oil injection amount of the engine. When the pedal steps on the critical point of the first part and the second part, the rear wheel is driven without power and decelerates naturally, and the engine is adjusted to increase the fuel injection quantity. The invention further discloses an environment-friendly cleaning vehicle which comprises the vehicle brake control system. According to the invention, when the vehicle speed is reduced, the working efficiency is basically not influenced.

    本发明公开了一种车辆制动控制系统,涉及矿井下车辆制造技术领域,主要包括液压组件、制动组件和增效组件,液压组件包括液压油箱,制动组件包括比例踏板制动阀和流动控制阀,比例踏板制动阀连接至前轮和液压油箱,比例踏板制动阀的踏板能够根据踩踏程度由轻到重分为第一部分和第二部分并通过连接杆与流动控制阀连接,流动控制阀连接至后轮的液压控制系统和液压油箱,增效组件通过电信号与发动机连接,能调控发动机的喷油量,当踏板踩至第一部分和第二部分的临界点时,后轮无动力驱动,自然减速,调节发动机增加喷油量。本发明还公开了一种环保清洁车,包括如上所述的车辆制动控制系统。本发明能够使车辆速度下降时,工作效率基本不受影响。
