The invention provides an electric vehicle storage battery charging system and a control method thereof. The electric vehicle storage battery charging system comprises a vehicle body controller, a vehicle control unit, a battery management system, a power battery and a to-be-controlled storage battery. The vehicle body controller obtains operation parameters of the to-be-controlled electric vehicle; when the operating parameters meet the parameter requirements, determining a voltage acquisition period and a charging range of the operating parameters; based on the voltage acquisition period, acquiring a real-time voltage value of the storage battery to be controlled; if the real-time voltage value is within the charging range, a vehicle control unit is awakened through a charging awakening signal; the vehicle control unit receives the charging wake-up signal and outputs the charging wake-up signal of the battery management system; when the battery management system is awakened based on the charging awakening signal, the vehicle control unit also collects the residual electric quantity of the power battery; if the residual electric quantity is greater than the threshold, outputting a charging signal of the battery management system; and the battery management system responds to the charging signal and controls the power battery to charge the storage battery to be controlled for a certain time. The system can reduce the vehicle cost.

    本发明提供了一种电车蓄电池补电系统及其控制方法,包括:车身控制器、整车控制器、电池管理系统、动力电池和待控蓄电池;车身控制器获取待控电车的运行参数;当运行参数达到参数要求,确定与运行参数的电压采集周期和充电范围;基于电压采集周期,采集待控蓄电池的实时电压值;如果实时电压值在充电范围,通过充电唤醒信号唤醒整车控制器;整车控制器接收到充电唤醒信号,输出电池管理系统的充电唤醒信号;当电池管理系统基于充电唤醒信号被唤醒时,整车控制器还采集动力电池的剩余电量;如果剩余电量大于阈值,输出电池管理系统的充电信号;电池管理系统响应充电信号,控制动力电池对待控蓄电池进行时间的充电动作。该系统可以降低车辆成本。
