The invention discloses an electric vehicle troubleshooting system and method. The system comprises a pre-charging detection module and a pre-charging detection loop module which are connected to an electric vehicle bus in parallel. The pre-charging detection loop module comprises a plurality of pre-charging detection branch circuits which are connected in parallel, each pre-charging detection branch circuit is connected with an electric vehicle bus, and each pre-charging detection branch circuit comprises a high-voltage component and a high-voltage relay used for controlling the on-off of the current pre-charging detection branch circuit; the detection end of the pre-charging detection module is connected with an electric vehicle bus, the power supply end of the pre-charging detection module is connected with an electric vehicle battery system, and the pre-charging detection module is used for carrying out pre-charging troubleshooting on a high-voltage part corresponding to the high-voltage relay according to the resistance value and/or tube voltage drop value of the electric vehicle bus. According to the electric vehicle troubleshooting system and method provided by the embodiment of the invention, automatic insulation and pre-charging troubleshooting are realized.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车故障排查系统及方法,系统包括并联于电动汽车母线上的预充检测模块和预充检测回路模块;预充检测回路模块包括若干条并联的预充检测支路,每一预充检测支路均与电动汽车母线连接,且每一预充检测支路均包括高压部件和用于控制当前预充检测支路通断的高压继电器;预充检测模块的检测端与电动汽车母线连接,预充检测模块的供电端与电动汽车电池系统连接,预充检测模块用于根据电动汽车母线的电阻值和/或管压降值,对与高压继电器对应的高压部件进行预充故障排查。本发明实施例提供的电动汽车故障排查系统及方法,实现了自动化的绝缘及预充故障排查。
