The invention discloses a BMS board automatic wake-up and serial port communication system, and relates to the technical field of battery management, and the system comprises a charging control module, the charging control module is connected with an energy storage cell, and the charging control module is used for a BMS board external adapter power supply to charge the energy storage cell; the discharge control module is connected with the energy storage battery cell, and the discharge control module is used for the energy storage battery cell to provide a power supply for an external load of the BMS board; and the MCU actively triggers an alarm event for reporting a preset battery cell temperature and an electric quantity threshold value to the main control platform upper computer in real time through a communication serial port, and executes an instruction issued by the main control platform upper computer to the MCU. According to the method, current sampling is carried out when the polymer lithium battery is charged and discharged, voltage conversion differential amplification is carried out, the voltage is compared with the preset voltage threshold value, and the comparison result value is used for judging whether the MCU in low-power-consumption dormancy is activated to be automatically awakened and recovered to the working state or not, so that the purpose that the MCU of the BMS board takes electricity from a battery cell to reduce energy consumption is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种BMS板自动唤醒及串口通信系统,涉及电池管理技术领域,包括充电控制模块,所述充电控制模块连接储能电芯,所述充电控制模块用于BMS板外部适配器电源对储能电芯进行充电;放电控制模块,所述放电控制模块连接储能电芯,所述放电控制模块用于储能电芯对BMS板外部负载提供电源;MCU,所述MCU通过通信串口对主控平台上位机实时主动触发上报预设电芯温度和电量阈值的告警事件,并执行主控平台上位机对MCU下发的指令。本发明通过对聚合物锂电池充放电时电流采样,进行电压变换差分放大并与预设的电压阈值比较,比较结果值用于判决激活低功耗休眠中的MCU是否被自动唤醒恢复到工作态,从而达到BMS板MCU从电芯取电降低能耗的目的。
