The invention relates to the technical field of railway safety detection, and provides a heavy haul railway mechanical maintenance decision-making method, device, equipment and medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining an operation state corresponding to a maintenance index on each track unit; calculating an index composite weight corresponding to each maintenance and repair index according to a detection index in the maintenance and repair indexes on each track unit; calculating a maintenance index of the maintenance indexes according to a detection index in the maintenance indexes and the index composite weight; performing priority clustering on the track units according to the maintenance indexes, extracting spatial distribution of all the track units in the track unit clusters with the same priority, and extracting interval track units corresponding to the track units in the track unit clusters according to the spatial distribution; and combining the track units in the spatial distribution and the spaced track units into track sections, and carrying out maintenance operation on the track sections according to the priorities corresponding to the track sections. The efficiency of heavy haul railway mechanical maintenance decision making can be improved.

    本发明涉及铁路安全检测技术领域,提出了一种重载铁路机械化维修决策方法、装置、设备及介质,包括:确定每个轨道单元上养护维修指标对应的作业状态;根据每个轨道单元上的养护维修指标中的检测指标计算每个养护维修指标对应的指标复合权重;根据养护维修指标中的检测指标及指标复合权重计算养护维修指标的维修指数;根据维修指数对轨道单元进行优先级聚类,提取具有相同优先级的轨道单元簇中所有轨道单元的空间分布,根据空间分布提取轨道单元簇中轨道单元对应的间隔轨道单元;将空间分布中的轨道单元与间隔轨道单元合并为轨道区段,按照轨道区段对应的优先级对轨道区段进行维修作业。本发明可以提高重载铁路机械化维修决策的效率。
