The cabin shell is of a cylindrical structure, the two ends of the cabin shell are closed through end covers, and two cabin openings are formed in the cabin shell and used for installing the cabin cover. The hatch cover fixing ring is fixedly installed at the hatch position and sealed through the hatch cover sealing ring, and the hatch cover is fixed to the hatch cover fixing ring through hydrosol. Two buoyancy tank positioning assemblies are mounted in an inner cabin of the cabin shell, and the two buoyancy tank positioning assemblies are placed at an angle of 180 degrees; when the passive time-delay passive positioning device enters water, a water-soluble fixing belt and a water-soluble vinylon yarn which play a fixing role in the buoyancy box positioning assembly lose efficacy, a buoyancy box in the buoyancy box positioning assembly ejects a hatch cover away from a hatch opening under the action of elastic power and then goes out of the hatch, a thin cable is pulled by positive buoyancy to float to the water surface, and then the passive time-delay passive positioning device is driven to move out of the hatch.
