The invention discloses a bicycle saddle cushion, and relates to a bicycle saddle, in particular to manufacturing of the bicycle saddle cushion. Comprising a surface layer and a middle layer, and the middle layer is a foaming thermoplastic TPU polyurethane material layer; the surface layer is a casting type CPU polyurethane material layer; the surface layer covers the surface of the middle layer, the surface layer is poured on the outer surface of the middle layer, so that the surface layer uniformly covers the middle layer according to the shape of the middle layer, and the middle layer and the surface layer are bonded into a whole. According to the bicycle saddle cushion, the formability is improved, the middle layer is protected by the surface layer, the weather resistance is improved, the use comfort feeling is also improved, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明一种自行车车座坐垫涉及自行车车座,尤其是涉及自行车车座坐垫的制作。包括表层、中间层,所述中间层为发泡热塑型TPU聚氨酯材料层;所述表层为浇注型CPU聚氨酯材料层;所述表层覆盖在所述中间层表面,在中间层的外表面浇注表层,使表层依中间层的形状均匀覆盖中间层,并使中间层与表层粘接成一体。本发明一种自行车车座坐垫改善了成形性,表层保护了中间层,提高了耐候性,也提高使用舒适感受,延长了使用寿命。
