The invention discloses a liquid cooling device of a charging pile, and relates to the technical field of charging piles, the liquid cooling device specifically comprises a control module and a liquid cooling module, the control module comprises a radiator, a first water pump, a second water pump, a water tank and a controller, the liquid inlet end of the liquid cooling module is connected with the liquid outlet end of the second water pump through a liquid inlet pipe, and a flow meter is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe; the liquid inlet end of the second water pump is connected with a bottom water outlet of the water tank through a water inlet pipe. The liquid outlet end of the liquid cooling module is connected with the liquid inlet end of the first water pump through a liquid outlet pipe. According to the liquid cooling device of the charging pile, the controller can calculate the heat dissipation efficiency of the liquid cooling system by reading the liquid inlet temperature and the liquid outlet temperature of the liquid cooling module, meanwhile, the optimal heat dissipation effect is achieved by adjusting the rotating speed of the heat dissipation fan and the rotating speeds of the first water pump and the second water pump, and when the heat dissipation pressure of the module is small, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved. And the controller can reduce the rotating speed of the cooling fan, so that the noise is reduced while the energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩的液冷装置,涉及充电桩技术领域,具体包括控制模块和液冷模块,所述控制模块包括散热器、水泵一、水泵二、水箱和控制器,所述液冷模块的进液端与水泵二的出液端通过进液管连接,所述进液管上设有流量计,所述水泵二的进液端通过进水管与水箱底部出水口连接;所述液冷模块的出液端与水泵一的进液端通过出液管连接。该充电桩的液冷装置,控制器通过读取液冷模块的进液温度和出液温度,可以计算出液冷系统的散热效率,同时通过调节散热风扇的转速以及水泵一和水泵二的转速,来达到最佳散热效果,并且当模块散热压力较小时,控制器可减小散热风扇转速,降低能耗的同时,减小噪音。
