The present invention relates to a disconnect mechanism (10) for engaging or disengaging a movable part and a fixed part arranged on a first shaft extending in a first direction, in which the disconnect mechanism comprises: a shift fork (12) connected to the movable part and configured to be linearly reciprocally movable in the first direction to engage or disengage the movable part from the fixed part; an actuator (13) comprising an output end rotating about an axis of rotation of the actuator at a distance from the axis of rotation of the actuator; and the driving rod (14) is provided with a first end rotationally connected to the output end and a second end rotationally connected to the shifting fork, so that the output end can drive the shifting fork to do linear reciprocating motion when rotating. The invention also relates to a powertrain of a vehicle comprising said disconnect mechanism and to a vehicle comprising said powertrain. Compared with a traditional scheme, the disconnecting mechanism has the advantages that more space is saved, the cost is lower, and the operation response is faster.
