The microcontroller is electrically connected with the relay set and the fault-tolerant T-type three-level inverter, and a path control signal output end of the microcontroller is electrically connected with a grid electrode of a switching tube of the fault-tolerant T-type three-level inverter; midpoints of bridge arms A, B and C of the fault-tolerant T-type three-level inverter are electrically connected with three phases of the PMSM, and the Hall sensor and the current sampling unit are electrically connected with input and output ports of the microcontroller. According to the device, the reliability and the stability of the system are improved, the production stagnation time and the loss caused by faults are effectively reduced, and important technical support and guarantee are provided for industrial application.
