The invention provides a power supply framework of an emergency power supply, a control method, a power supply module and a motor controller, and relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles, and the power supply framework comprises a low-voltage power supply end which supplies power to a lower bridge driving circuit; the high-voltage power supply end is connected with the high-voltage flyback power supply so as to output emergency power supply for the lower bridge driving circuit; the output end of the PWM control chip is connected with the high-voltage flyback power supply so as to control the on-off of the high-voltage flyback power supply; the input end of the diode is connected with the output of the lower bridge driving circuit, and the output end of the diode is connected with the PWM control chip; the low-voltage power supply end supplies power to the PWM control chip through the output of the lower bridge driving circuit so as to start the high-voltage flyback power supply, and the high-voltage flyback power supply takes power from the high-voltage power supply end so as to output emergency power supply. The circuit arrangement is complex; and the loss is large.

    本发明提供了一种应急电源的供电架构、控制方法、电源模块和电机控制器,涉及新能源汽车技术领域,包括:低压供电端,供电至下桥驱动电路;高压供电端,连接高压反激电源,以输出用于下桥驱动电路的应急供电;PWM控制芯片,其输出端连接所述高压反激电源以控制高压反激电源通断;二极管,输入端连接所述下桥驱动电路的输出,输出端连接所述PWM控制芯片;所述低压供电端通过所述下桥驱动电路的输出对所述PWM控制芯片供电,以启动所述高压反激电源,所述高压反激电源从所述高压供电端取电以输出应急供电,解决现有应急电源中PWM控制芯片通过高阻或者高压启动电路从直流母线进行取电,电路布置复杂且损耗较大的问题。
