The invention discloses a charging control method and system for a vehicle-mounted battery and a vehicle, and is characterized in that a current determined by a vehicle control unit based on a current environment temperature is an allowable charging current of the vehicle-mounted battery, so that a charging request voltage of the vehicle-mounted battery is adjusted according to an output current of a DC-DC converter in a working state and the allowable charging current. The charging current can be effectively prevented from exceeding the current limit value of the vehicle-mounted battery under the condition of considering the charging limitation of the current environment temperature on the vehicle-mounted battery, so that the overcurrent of the vehicle-mounted battery is avoided, and the influence on the service life of the vehicle-mounted battery is reduced.
