The invention provides a traffic flow prediction method based on a space-time sequence, and relates to the technical field of traffic prediction, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining open-source network traffic flow data, and carrying out the preprocessing of the data, and obtaining a traffic flow sequence; inputting a traffic flow sequence into a data embedding layer to obtain high-dimensional representation of input features, performing periodic embedding and adaptive space-time embedding, and connecting the three kinds of embedding to obtain hidden space-time representation; inputting the hidden space-time representation into a space-time encoder for modeling of space dependence and time dependence to obtain a hidden state; and inputting the hidden state into an output layer, and outputting to obtain a traffic flow prediction result. According to the method, the deep features of the traffic flow data can be extracted more effectively, the complex spatial-temporal change rule of the traffic flow is captured, and the accuracy of urban traffic flow prediction is further improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于时空序列的交通流量预测方法,涉及交通预测技术领域,包括获取开源网络交通流量数据,并进行预处理得到交通流量序列;将交通流量序列输入至数据嵌入层得到输入特征的高维表示,并进行周期性嵌入和自适应时空嵌入,将三种嵌入进行连接得到隐藏的时空表示;将隐藏的时空表示输入至时空编码器进行空间依赖性和时间依赖性的建模,得到隐藏状态;将隐藏状态输入至输出层,输出得到交通流量预测结果。本发明能够更有效地提取交通流量数据的深层特征,捕捉交通流量复杂的时空变化规律,进而提高城市交通流量预测的准确性。
