The invention provides an expressway variable speed limit active control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: building a mixed traffic flow scene considering the individuation of a driver, and setting scene parameters; acquiring traffic state data of the confluence road scene in real time; training an intelligent agent by using the obtained traffic state data as a state quantity to obtain a speed limit control optimization model; different training scenes are generated by Poisson distribution in the training process; an optimal speed limit value and a proper speed limit control position are selected in each control period T, a mobile bottleneck is generated by using a mobile bottleneck variable speed limit MVSL constructed based on an intelligent network connection vehicle, and the traffic condition is optimized from the two aspects of safety and traffic efficiency by actively constructing the mobile bottleneck.

    本发明提供了一种高速公路可变限速主动控制方法及系统,通过搭建考虑驾驶员个性化的混合交通流场景,并设置场景参数;然后实时获取合流道路场景的交通状态数据;利用获取的交通状态数据作为状态量对智能体进行训练以获得限速控制优化模型;训练过程中由泊松分布生成的不同训练场景;在每个控制周期T内选择最优的限速值和合适的限速管控位置,利用基于智能网联车构建的移动瓶颈可变限速MVSL生成移动瓶颈,通过主动构建移动瓶颈从安全性和交通效率两方面优化交通状况。
