The invention provides a detection robot device for underwater pier surface defect detection. The detection robot device comprises an underwater robot and a digital image processing module, the underwater robot comprises an underwater robot frame, an image acquisition camera, an equipment cabin, a propeller, an illuminating lamp, a buoyancy block, a main control board, a power supply module, a sensor and a remote control handle; the main control board is electrically connected with the image acquisition camera, the propeller, the illuminating lamp, the power supply module and the sensor, and the image acquisition camera is connected with the digital image processing module in a wired mode and is used for realizing acquisition and transmission of underwater pier surface images; and the digital image processing module is combined with LabVIEW and MATLAB to carry out cooperative processing on the acquired underwater pier surface image so as to realize defect detection. Modular design and an efficient propeller system are combined, accurate defect detection on the surface of the underwater pier is achieved, the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and reliability is high.
本发明提出一种用于水下桥墩表面缺陷检测的探测机器人装置,包括水下机器人和数字图像处理模块;所述水下机器人包括水下机器人框架、图像采集摄像头、设备舱、推进器、照明灯、浮力块、主控板、电源模块、传感器以及遥控手柄;所述主控板分别与图像采集摄像头、推进器、照明灯、电源模块以及传感器电性连接,所述图像采集摄像头通过有线方式与数字图像处理模块连接,用以实现水下桥墩表面图像的采集与传输;所述数字图像处理模块结合LabVIEW和MATLAB对采集到的水下桥墩表面图像进行协同处理以实现缺陷检测。本发明结合模块化设计和高效的推进器系统,实现水下桥墩表面的精准缺陷检测,结构简单、操作方便且可靠性强。
