The invention discloses a calibration method of an electric power-assisted steering system, the electric power-assisted steering system and a truck, the calibration method of the electric power-assisted steering system comprises the following steps: acquiring a theoretical error value and a calculation error value of the electric power-assisted steering system before calibration, and starting calibration after the calculation error value is smaller than the theoretical error value; a steering wheel is manually rotated, and the electric power steering system is controlled to operate; obtaining the rotating torque of the electric power steering system; when the rotating torque exceeds a torque threshold value corresponding to the set steering stop point position, the current steering angle of the electric power steering system is obtained; and subtracting the theoretical error value from the current steering angle to obtain a dead center position. According to the method, the steering angle of the electric power steering system can be calibrated, the steering angle error is reduced, the steering accuracy is ensured, the steering stop point position is calibrated to prevent damage to a steering mechanical mechanism caused by excessive steering, a steering machine is effectively protected, and the steering safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动转向助力系统的标定方法、电动转向助力系统和卡车,电动转向助力系统的标定方法包括:在标定之前获取电动转向助力系统理论误差值和计算误差值,计算误差值小于理论误差值之后开始标定;手动旋转方向盘,控制电动转向助力系统运行;获取电动转向助力系统的旋转力矩;在旋转力矩超过设置的转向止点位置对应的力矩阈值时,获取电动转向助力系统的当前转向角度;当前转向角度减去理论误差值获得止点位置。该方法可以对电动转向助力系统的转向角度进行标定,减小转向角度误差,保证转向的准确性,标定转向止点位置防止转向过度造成转向机械机构损坏,有效保护转向机,提升转向的安全性。
