The method comprises the following steps: transforming a test piece to obtain a test transformed piece; installing a test transformation piece; applying a characteristic load, wherein the characteristic load comprises a centrifugal force, a waving bending moment and a shimmy bending moment; according to fatigue test requirements and termination conditions, fatigue tests are carried out on the test transformation part, and different fatigue tests are adopted according to the loading characteristics of different structural parts of the pendulum type vibration absorber.
